Bad cut-outs happen. Here’s the order to try things in.
You won’t be charged for a failure
First, the important part: if a removal fails, the credit you spent is refunded automatically. You’re not paying for broken output.
Things to try
- Switch AI mode. A person should go through Body, a product through Product. Running everything on Common is the most common cause of bad results. See The 5 AI modes.
- Use a clearer photo. If the original is blurry, backlit, or has the subject blending into the background, no mode will save it.
- Check the shooting tips. Solid background, subject centered and filling the frame, even light. Details in Getting the best results.
