Yes. Anything you upload and anything NoBG returns belongs to you, and you’re free to use it commercially.
Pretty much anything commercial, with no extra license or royalty:
NoBG doesn’t claim ownership of the cut-out, and there’s no “commercial license” tier you have to unlock. Free results and paid results carry the same usage rights — the difference between free and paid is resolution and volume, not what you’re allowed to do with the output.
You’re granting NoBG a narrow license to actually process your image — i.e., to read it, run background removal on it, and hand the result back. That’s it. It exists only to deliver the service and expires with the job. We don’t get to reuse your image for anything else.
This also means: if the image you upload isn’t yours to begin with (someone else’s photo, a stock image you don’t have rights to), NoBG processing it doesn’t magically transfer those rights to you. The ownership rule covers what’s yours.
