By accessing or using NoBG.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NoBG.app provides AI-powered image background removal and editing tools. The Service processes images you upload and returns modified versions according to the features available on your plan.

3. User Accounts

Some features require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process images that violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Usage Limits

Each plan has a monthly image processing limit. Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period. Free users are limited to 3 images per day. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits to ensure fair usage.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the Service, you grant NoBG.app a limited license to process your images for the purpose of delivering the Service. Processed images are not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary for delivery.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoBG.app and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
